How long will the repairs take?
The repairs will take as long as they need to, our team are extremely efficient and appreciate the time taken up with craftsman inside your home. We work around any deadline and requirements, offering a very tailored and friendly service for all our clients.
Is damp a serious problem?
If you are unsure how long your damp has been there - it can take a while for water & damp to be seen.
Will my family need to leave the building or room?
Unlikely. We work during morning and afternoon hours, depending on works needed. All furniture and belongings will be covered and protected, offering a cleaning service at the end of each day and project.

Are any materials used chemically dangerous?
